Building Resilience & Increasing Knowledge (BRIK)

For youth age 12-16. BRIK's focus of service is helping to create positive peer leader skills, improve day-to-day functioning, expand upon life skills, build self-esteem, improve family functioning and more. Guided by our core values of caring, honesty, respect & responsibility, Old Colony Y is dedicated to helping provide opportunities for everyone to reach their full potential with dignity. 

Harnessing Our Potential Everyday (HOPE)

HOPE, a provided service for parents and caregivers is comprised of educational resources, group therapy and counseling designed to help manage and strengthen everyday skill sets needed while navigating family needs and balancing personal needs with sobriety.

Our unique services empower parents and caregivers so they may build upon their strengths, make informed decisions and better choices for themselves and those in their care.
